The Kitchen Method is a personal project by chef Carlos Hurtado, offering a unique gastronomic experience in San Sebastián, Donostia. This culinary tour provides a different approach, highlighting the most authentic culinary treasures rooted in local tradition.
In contrast to conventional tours, Carlos seeks out those special places that resonate with the true gastronomic essence of the Basque Country. His goal is to take visitors beyond common tourist destinations, immersing them in the richness of high-quality local products sourced directly from the region.
